Description | Fivespot Threadtail female at Cairns Botanical Gardens. The spots on the female are not as obvious as on the male, the colours of the light markings are yellowish and the stripe on the top of the thorax is longer. The abdomen of female damselflies is usually thicker along the length, and at the end. |
