Description | Bembix furcata (sand wasp) digging burrow on the Cape Queen Elizabeth walking track near Big Lagoon, North Bruny Island, Tasmania. The clicking noise is my Canon. The short buzzing is the sand wasp. They seem to do this when they are digging but I'm not sure why. |
