Description | Seedlings of Pentachondra pumila (carpet frillyheath). Pentachondra is one of a number of stone-fruited Ericaceae that are frequently encountered in Tasmania. This group of species are particularly problematic to germinate and in recent years the RTBG seedbank has been making a concerted effort to resolve the germination requirements. |
